Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a doctor referral?

No! We are a direct access clinic so you don’t need to see your doctor before getting started.

Do I have to be an athlete to benefit from your service?

Absolutely not! We can help you on your journey to recovery regardless of  your athletic background. We work people of all ages, genders, lifestyles, etc. to improve their health and wellness and reach their personal best.

What if I’m not in any pain? Is this still for me?

As long as you have a problem that needs solving, we can help!

If you think you might benefit from our services to develop an effective training program, to set and reach goals, or to learn how to stay healthy then we will be there to support you.

Helping people to prevent pain is just as important to us as helping people to resolve it.

Do you take my insurance?

Our goal is to provide high quality service to each person throughout the continuum of care. We want to give everybody 1 on 1 attention through their full appointment and to provide virtual support outside of office hours so that each client feels like they have a personal physical therapist assigned to them. In order to do this we need to bypass insurance limitations on care.

Though this may be a new concept for some, this approach is extremely effective because it allows our clients to reach their goals faster and with fewer appointments.

If you have further questions about pricing, cost assistance, or to learn more about our method give us a call today.

Do you take FSA/HSA cards?

Yes! We are a health care service and will accept Flexible Spending and Health Savings Account funds.

How long is each session?

All of our services are scheduled for a full 60 minutes with your therapist’s full attention paid to you. Only our dry needling service may be offered at a lesser time slot at a reduced cost which you may choose.

How many sessions will I need?

We don’t have set treatment templates. Our programs are tailored to each client based on their condition, what resources they have available, and what their personal objectives are.

We strive to help people accomplish their goals with fewer weekly sessions and in less overall time, but the number of sessions required may vary from person to person. Your physical therapist will discuss their recommendations with you so that you both agree on the course of action.
